RESERVATION CONDITIONS

• After payment of the deposit, the reservation is binding.
  Cancellation insurance is included in the price (= refund of the deposit in case of illness, decease or superior power before and during your stay provided presentation of certificates).
• In case of booking less than 60 days before arrival, you pay the full amount.In all other cases the deposit is 40%.
  If you have not paid the deposit within the requested period, the reservation is cancelled automatically.
• The deposit has to be paid at least 2 weeks before arrival on our Belgian account of the ING-bank in euro or via credit card (+ 6% costs).
• Online, you get an indication of the exact costs.
  If you want half board, click on breakfast as well as on daily menu.
  After sending your request, you get a confirmation on screen and in your mailbox.

ONLINE RESERVATION

Due to the use of certain antivirus programs, pop-up blockers, security-settings, etc., you could have some difficulties in using our online-reservation form. If you don't see a confirmation window or don't receive an automatic confirmation e-mail after sending your reservation, chances are that we never received it. If you do not have an answer from us within 24 hours, we have not received your reservation.
